Detailed instructions for applicants are provided separately. Instructions for the PHS 398 form used by the NIH are relevant as well. Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact the Program Director at mike.dean@hsc.utah.edu and should include "PCCSDP Applicant" in the subject header of the email. This subject heading will avoid spam filters and assure a prompt response from Dr. Dean, who will provide further information for the applicant.
The deadline for receipt of applications is October 1, 2008. Applicants must attend the PCCSDP Research Retreat in Deer Valley, Utah, October 30- November 2, 2008, as part of the application process.
Successful applicants should anticipate funding in January, 2009.
